After two excellent EPs, Moon Duo will release their first full-length album on Sacred Bones. The title track “Mazes” is certainly more accessible than some of their previous work. The band’s sound has filled out and the production is cleaner, but the same repetitive riffs, noodly keys, and even noodlier psych guitars are still in place, albeit a bit poppier. Look forward to this one at the end of the month. Release date is March 29, 2011.
