Chicago’s Trouble in Mind have put out the debut record by Nashville-based band, the Paperhead. While the members of this troupe are a bunch of youngsters, this neo-psych outfit is firmly rooted in rock history with a sound that transports the listener back to the late sixties. Swirling farfisa, fuzzy vocals, and meandering guitars are all in place. Fans of Dead Meadow or White Fence should get into this one.
