Fleet Foxes highly-anticipated sophomore album will come out on May 3rd, 2011 on Sub Pop Records. The album is entitled Helplessness Blues and will feature more of the trademark harmonies and americana-influenced folk-rock we’ve come to expect from these bearded fellows. Members of Fleet Foxes may look a little rough around the edges, but the music they create is as clean and beautiful as it comes. The title track off this album, “Helplessness Blues,” has been floating around the internet for a month or so, but “Battery Kinzie” was recently debuted on BBC DJ Zane Lowe’s show (who you hear very briefly at the end of the track).
