Joan of Arc on Giant System TV

033 Joan of Arc from Kyle Obriot on Vimeo.

Whether you recognize the Kinsellas as innovative and influential or you think they’re just a bunch of pretentious bastards, it’s undeniable that they’ve been able to carve out a unique niche in music and have been major players in Chicago’s music scene. Personally, I’ve always enjoyed their music and have followed them and their various projects fairly steadily throughout the years, but I know they can be polarizing. Anywho, Giant System TV has recently recorded Joan of Arc for their ongoing project to chronicle Chicago’s underground music scene. Apparently Giant System TV is now one year old, and this performance was in celebration of their very first birthday. As always, the quality for this video is excellent. Enjoy the sights and sounds of Joan of Arc above… or you can scoff about how you can’t stand them. Your choice.
